I’m not sure this really helps very much ?
I have the option of either pressing for more action, or just leaving it. I will choose the latter, and just hope that the unpleasant customs officer was actually disciplined in some way.
Ill never know!

I love the sentence ‘we understand the frustration when your expectations are met!’ just shows how important that little word ‘not’ is. I suppose at least you got a response even if not in good English!
