Hiya!
You’ll be pleased to hear that I’m still sticking to it and I’m now down another kilo.
That makes 6 in 2 weeks. I damn well will get that first stone off before Xmas!
Love,

I’ve also lost 2 inches off my waist so far and am down a jeans size. I did start off at ‘ooh cor blimey’ large though. 🙂
And what’s your actual target size?
We never actually discussed that?!

Two jeans sizes so I can fit in my ski trousers without them bursting! That means another couple of inches off my equator. Probably another stone to get there; and enough improvement in my health and fitness that I can actually ski in February without collapsing every ten minutes.
That’s the short term.
Long term I need to get about 4 or 5 stones off in total (30kg) to be a healthy weight, and specifically abdominal fat because that’s the worst for health.
And I need to learn how to avoid comfort eating when my heart gets broken (aw, poor me)(yes, I know, grow a pair!), because I’m really sick of having about 4 sizes of clothes in my attic and I don’t want to yo-yo diet any more. I could do with adding regular exercise to my lifestyle, as well.
Well you’re off to a cracking start.
You have to make healthy eating a lifestyle and not an occasional diet strategy.
Being very overweight is extremely dangerous – people die from the damage to their arteries, and their blood pressure and their hearts.
It’s all so avoidable!
I need that diet ? X
