32 press up’s yesterday’s best. 

2 months ago it was just ten, a month ago it was 20. 
That’s real progress, I’d say.

  1. Hi Russ – you certainly are Mr Motivator – your ability to push on through is amazing. I had given up press-ups as arthritis restricts my shoulders, but found myself pumping out thirty two last night – it was only mild discomfort stopping me so thanks and keep me updated.
